Recollections of Ireland provides a rare opportunity to explore this heritage in a uniquely informative and entertaining way. The series gives focus to music from the National Library of Ireland and other important collections as well as music inspired by Ireland written by European composers.

Each concert, curated by Una Hunt, features rarely-performed works composed prior to 1917 with some modern premieres included. Programmes will be presented in order to illuminate the background to the featured composers, making the music very accessible to all audience members.
